"As I work mainly with solo artists, it rests upon me to create the instrumentation for the songs. In that process, it becomes apparent to the artist that I am needed in a live capacity to re-produce the songs and to direct other musicians, who had no creative input in the recording, to play the songs with the right feel, vibe and sound.
I can listen to a band as a conductor, not as an individual instrumentalist, which gives me insight into how a band should sound so the artist can sing over something that sounds and feels familiar to them. With over 15 years of touring experience, I understand the travelling musician mentality and the rigours of the road."

Vancouver based solo artist Liesa Norman signs deal with Universal. Liesa's debut CD will be released Feb 28th. Dave produced, co-wrote and played guitar, bass, keys and drums on the album.
After winning most popular act at the Jack Richardson Music Awards, BEN G took home the award for Best Rock Act at this years LMA's. Over 74,000 votes were received! Dave produced and played on his CD "Cut You In"
The North American broadcast of the LA Galaxy vs Vancouver exhibition game was held on November 7th, 2007 in Vancouver. Dave created the music for the opening of the broadcast.
